The key to success as a custom home builder is to understand upfront what our clients expect from their new home. With each new client, we begin by sitting down to learn about your lifestyle, your design aesthetic, and needs for your new home. In turn, we’ll walk you through our approach to building, setting shared expectations for the process
If you already have land, we’ll visit the lot to get a feel for its unique characteristics, such as sunlight and the natural terrain. If you’re looking for land, we can connect you with local experts who are tapped into all the opportunities in the different communities.
Design & Plan
In this stage, we’ll capture your vision for your home. First, you’ll work with one of our architectural partners to translate the design in your imagination down onto paper. While this is happening, the P&R team will be hard at work coordinating with our contractors and vendors to provide transparency, ensure the highest quality, and optimize your investment. You’ll then meet with our interior design vendors to select fit and finish for the home, such as kitchen, bath, lighting, and all the other small details that elevate your home.
Build & Deliver
This is the fun part, where we break ground and get things moving! Throughout the build process we keep you involved with regular updates, including benchmark site visits at important stages of construction. Communication is key to ensure that at settlement we hand you the keys to the home of your dreams. After settlement, we provide superior customer care to address anything that might pop up.
We aim to have each square foot serve a purpose; and we pay an inordinate amount of attention to designing homes that improve the way our customers live.
